Style Eye on Thome Browne Spring 2016 Collection Menswear

To continue with my small obsession with Menswear, I wanted to share one of my fave male designers, Thome Browne Spring 2016 Collection

"A collage of fabrics...pieced together by hand to form [an] image on each look"-Vouge.com
Brace yourself....this is not ready to wear.  From Browne ever famous and highly anticipated runway show @ NYC Fashion Week collection gave fashion and theatrical as only Browne does for his fans

Thome is a very hands on designer who pays attention to every detail of every look.  In this collection, his Japanese inspiration is not loss to anyone and leaves no room for interpretation, as most of his collections never does.

He conveys his ideas in this collection by making each suit tell a story.  On each suit you see Japanese stories of Samurai's, dragons, flying cranes and Geese with chrysanthemums. All the suits are in tones of black and grey and the details were hand done by Japanese base manufactures none the less.

Coupled with models in white face, dark lips and small round glasses, moving at an ever slow pace in their Geta sandals and Tabi socks added to the effect and theater aspect of Thom collection. Some models sported traditional Geisha hair pieces
